We are excited to announce our 2015 finalists! See our winner page to find out who.
Every great career trajectory starts somewhere – and for the lucky ones, it starts from a young age.
That’s why ADMA established the Young Marketer of the Year and Young Creative of the Year awards. Each year we aim to recognise those below 30 years old, destined to make a big impact on our industry’s future.
But this is it folks! Entry is now closed for 2015 Young Marketer & Young Creative of the Year Award.
Thank you very much for those entered and those helped to spread the word. These awards would not exist without you all.
For those who missed this year, we will be back in 2016, so watch out and be sure to join the 30Below community – it’s free.
Now the hard work is done, sit back and relax and take note of the key dates below.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Sherin.Wang@adma.com.au
It’s easy to forget that today’s leaders were once below 30 years of age too.

The campaign to promote this year’s competition was created by 2014 Young Creative of the Year winner Brendan Graham, with design help from his former agency Soap Creative.
Brendan won with an easy-to-execute campaign idea based on a simple truth: today’s industry leaders were once below 30 years old too.
We hope that seeing images of big industry names when they were young puts your own career into perspective. It’s in your hands – and the Young Marketer of the Year or Young Creative of the Year award can have a big impact.
Please note, you can enter as a duo into the ‘Young Creative of the Year’ competition. Please see Terms and Conditions for ‘Prize’ allocation.
An expert panel will select finalists, who will be invited to the ADMA AC&E Awards Night.
One Young Marketer of the Year and one Young Creative of the Year will then be crowned on the night. You’ll become an ambassador for your profession here in Australia – so you will need to be living here.
Winners will be flown to NYC, with accommodation and spending money provided, to tour the offices and meet the staff at some of the world’s top agencies and organisations. Last year’s winners visited:
